Faerie Garden Hotel
SUMMER 2021
I built this faerie garden using log fragments in my backyard.
The fragments are tied unto a chicken wire armature with jute twine.
The facade is made of gathered wood branches and roots.

This hat has a 2-piece draped leather crown over a polyester felt base. The brim is made of two pieces which are pleated onto to the crown to create the effect of bat-wing bones.
The edge of the brim is finished with a blanket hand-stitch. The hat is lined with a green satin crinkle fabric.
Trimmed with feathers, flora and bobbles.
