Fabric Storage Rolls "TUBES"

Storing fabric that is easily accessible can be a REAL ISSUE in a small space. SO, I decided to roll my fabric after hanging the fabric stored in boxes, hanging on hangers and crammed in my closet on bolts. However rolling was a really big problem because tubes for rolling were at least $2 a tube. With at least 50 pieces of cloth to store, $2 or more per piece was more than my budget.
I decided on another approach. Using pool NOODLES.
I cut the noodles to fit the folded with of each piece plus 2".

Then, I reinforced each noodle with a length of PVC pipe 1/2" diameter.

I inserted the PVC into the noodle. Then, started the roll of fabric by pinning a straight pin into the noodle. To keep the fabric in place, I used a rubberband on each end and a pinned in the center.
